What issue are you seeing?
Codex just stays in thinking mode and then eventually times out. Was getting responses fine earlier today, but seeing slow responses and general time outs right now across my Mac & WSL environments. Seeing the same with my app that uses the @openai/codex npm Typescript package too.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
simply asking a question times out.
What is the expected behavior?
I expect to see an answer to my question

Same for me, I've done what I can on X (made one post).
Same issue: models are not answering requests.
We're working on a fix. I'm going to close this issue in favor of #14048. I'll post updates there.
