What issue are you seeing?
Codex CLI hangs/gets stuck for long time often several minutes when sending message. Sometimes starts working/processing after a couple minutes.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Start codex with
codex - Type a message in prompt box
- Instead of expected "Working" animation nothing happens
What is the expected behavior?
Expected "Working" animation followed by thinking/actions taken by agent
