I have never even used 20% of my 5 hour window and My weekly usage is gone in just one day!
I cannot wait for another 6 days for my rate to reset there is definitely a MAJOR issue here. If not fixed you Lost a customer in me.

people are creating duplicates because you closed ability to comment in original one and because you are not communicating with people since Saturday. And, probably, because you didn't reset limits for business accounts.
