What issue are you seeing?

Today after I run codex, the app exits immediately with this message :

Error loading configuration: failed to load your workspace-managed config

My organization doesn't host a central codex config, so I'm not sure what this message could be referring to.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Launch codex after installing the latest codex version

What is the expected behavior?

App should start

Additional information

I installed Codex via brew, and I also have the Codex desktop app.

I originally just had this issue on version 0.103.0 . I uninstall/reinstalled just in case to see if it helps (it did not).

I thought https://github.com/openai/codex/issues/2928 looked similar, but deleting the toml file in my ~/.codex didn't help.
