错误码 3221225781 原因是因为本地电脑环境缺少某些 dll库，通过 该 https://github.com/openai/codex/releases/download/rust-v0.113.0-alpha.2/codex-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.exe 链接下载codex 的应用，点击安装后根据报错信息确定对应缺失的dll 命令， 然后去微软官网下载对应的Visual C++ 套件安装就Ok了， 我的是下载 https://aka.ms/vc14/vc_redist.x64.exe 该文件解决的
