What issue are you seeing?
my codex not response or working when i use model 5.4, not just in cli but in vscode extension and codex app. when i start the conversation that the codex is freezing you can look at this pict:

What steps can reproduce the bug?
I try switch to model 5.3 and it's still stuck but for a minute it normal again, if i switch back to model 5.4 it will be stuck again even i press ctrl+c it will not response so i must press ctrl+z to close the chat.
What is the expected behavior?

I'm a free plan user (v0.112). I just tried using gpt-5.2-codex and it got stuck too. Then I tried logging out and logging back in, and now it works.

btw, this issue may also relates to folder settings? My codex works in some folders, but not others
