"Skills" installed locations is missing .codex/skills

What is the type of issue?

Documentation is incorrect

What is the issue?

I have a skill in ~/.codex/skills/

Codex CLI finds the skill (This is not an issue, that's great.)

According to documentation, Codex CLI does not scan that folder for skills.
