Custom prompts missing in VS Code extension

What issue are you seeing?

My custom prompts in ~/.codex/prompts no longer appear in the vs code extension. Still works fine when using the cli.

Still worked in 26.5304.20706

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Setup custom prompts, enter /prompt in the extension, nothing happens, no lookup.

What is the expected behavior?
