What issue are you seeing?
My custom prompts in ~/.codex/prompts no longer appear in the vs code extension. Still works fine when using the cli.
Still worked in 26.5304.20706
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Setup custom prompts, enter /prompt in the extension, nothing happens, no lookup.

I'll need to look into whether this was an intentional change.
However, I'll note that custom prompts are deprecated and we will eventually remove support for them. Please switch to using skills, which provide a superset of the functionality of custom prompts.
