Diffs/edits do not show up after resuming chats

After upgrading Codex from 0.110.0 to 0.114.0, resumed chats no longer show the diffs/edits that were made earlier in the session.

What I see:

• During the original chat, file edits and diffs show normally
• After closing Codex and resuming the same chat later, those diffs/edits are missing from the transcript
• The rest of the chat history is still there

Expected:

• When resuming a chat, previous diffs/edits should still be visible in the transcript

Actual:

• Resumed chats lose the visible diff/edit history

Version:

• Worked for me before on 0.110.0
• Broken after upgrading to 0.114.0

This seems specifically related to resume/replay, not the edits themselves being lost.
