Open in popup stopped working in latest update

What issue are you seeing?

Trying to open any thread in a separate window gives an empty window with spinning progress bar, nothing happens. Used to work this morning before the update.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Pick any thread and click "Open in Popup Window" on the top right.
