What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

Version 26.309.31024 (962)

What subscription do you have?

Pro

What platform is your computer?

MacOS Darwin 24.6.0 arm64 arm

What issue are you seeing?

When I create a new worktree / Thread from the threads section of the management bar the new thrread is automatically named the worktree name. When I go to use the rename feature with that specific worktree the new name that I have assigned. This reduces the usefulness of this renaming features because my goal is to keep my worktrees nicely ordered and named even if they have the name of my original repo with the defining feature in the worktree name coming after my original repo.

I would like for the renamed name to be the primary text seen while the worktree name is the secondary text seen.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

go to a worktree folder on the threads pannel, click rename, name the thread something new on top of a long worktree name, the worktree name will override the rename.

What is the expected behavior?

The rename name should be shown over the worktree name.

Additional information

When you hover over the name to rewrite it there is a bad opacity setting which shows everything all overlapping eachother.
