Codex TUI does not allow copying from output

v0.2.2.0

### Which model were you using?

codex-mini-latest

### What platform is your computer?

Darwin 24.1.0 arm64 arm

### What steps can reproduce the bug?

- brew install codex
- run codex and login
- ask codex anything
- attempt to slect any text and copy it

### What is the expected behavior?

I can select codex output in cli and copy it

### What do you see instead?

I am unable to select text from codex cli
