Distribute using open build service

Currently codex is distributed via npm and homebrew.
Since we can install via homebrew, npm isn't really needed.
Installing npm installs 380 packages on Debian.
It would be nice if the codex package is distributed via the native package manager style repo.
To achieve that for all various distros, one can use Open Build Service: https://openbuildservice.org/
