Documentation is incorrect
What is the issue?
The documentation for adding MCP servers is lacking to say the least. Haven't been able to get any standalone official MCPs to work (like context7) or custom stdio servers that work simply fine in claude code and gemini cli. What kind of flags ~/.codex/config.toml configuration is needed for MCP servers to work? Support for HTTP servers would be welcome.
