Codex App on Windows requires 800px of horizontal space

What issue are you seeing?

The Codex app on Windows doesn't allow you to resize it below 800px horizontally, meaning it takes up too much space on the desktop and doesn't give enough room for some projects.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

How to reproduce this issue:

1. Open Codex app on windows
2. Try to resize the app window horizontally
3. Find that you can only resize it down to 800px

What is the expected behavior?

I should be able to resize the window well below 800px. It's like you expect users to always have the side bar open. Horrible UX.

Additional information

Can't think of another agentic coding app that has this problem, it's only Codex.
