Accept /skill from start of request

What feature would you like to see?

Allow requests from user in cli to begin with a /[skill-name].

Right now they are rejected for not being commands.

I realize you gotta go your own way, and I was very skeptical of this move by CC team but it turns out it works.

For example, I have an /execute skill I use against a ticket id like /execute ct-231

And it does all this stuff. It isn't a command though, and doesn't need to be.

This is rejected on codex cli, so i have to write do /execute blah
