Feature request: Text-to-speech option for streaming status updates

It would be great to have an option to enable text-to-speech on status updates as they stream in. Since Codex is primarily a GUI application, this would be a natural fit as users could listen to progress updates while multitasking instead of having to watch text scroll by.

This would also enable better real-time steering of the agent without requiring constant visual attention on the interface.
