What steps can reproduce the bug?

I use the Codex CLI, the Codex desktop app, and the Codex VSCode plugin, and none of them respond. As shown in the image, after sending a message it just freezes. I’ve confirmed that my subscription still has balance, but when I log in to the ChatGPT web official site I can send messages normally.
