Feature Request: Add a "refresh" button in Codex App

What feature would you like to see?

I use both Codex App and Codex CLI. Currently, if you start a session in a project with Codex CLI when Codex App is running, Codex App will not see that session until App is restarted.

I would appreciate a refresh button somewhere in Codex App that would refresh the session list so that you don't have to quit the app to see an updated list of sessions.

Additional information

A recent discussion in #codex-app-feedback confirmed there is currently no live sync between Codex CLI and Codex App, so force quitting and reopening the app is consistent with current behavior.

Latest discussion suggests refreshing sidebar threads on window focus as a possible approach. @dimillian said he had been working on that last week and needs to resume it.
