Hotkey for diff panel expanded review mode

The review expanded mode accessed via this button is quite useful for viewing large diffs in split view mode:

Can a hotkey be made to toggle in / out of this mode?

I understand there is a separate issue for hotkeys in general here https://github.com/openai/codex/issues/3049, but wanted to make this to add some additional nuance to how this particular hotkey / mode might work.

For example, it would be ideal if there was an option to close the side panel automatically in this view as well, since if I'm focused on reviewing code, I don't need to see other projects, and could use the extra horizontal space. For example:
