Theme font settings remain stuck after switching away from themes with custom UI/code fonts

What issue are you seeing?

When I switch the app theme to Matrix and then switch to a different theme, the Matrix font remains stuck in the UI instead of changing back.

The font that stays applied is: ui-monospace, "SFMono-Regular", "SF Mono", Menlo, Consolas, "Liberation Mono", monospace

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open the Codex app on Windows.
2. Switch the theme to Matrix.
3. Switch the theme again to any other theme.
4. Observe that the UI font does not revert and stays as the Matrix monospace font.

What is the expected behavior?

After switching away from Matrix, the app should restore the font associated with the newly selected theme.
