[App] connect to a remote App Server

What feature would you like to see?

I believe that a growing amount of Codex usage is happening through background agents. One of the main issue when running a background agent in a remote VM is that you lose the nice UI of the desktop app. Of course Codex Web is designed for this but most of my use cases involve running my own sandbox.

I think that it would be awesome to let the user add a remote Codex App Server directly in the desktop app in order to create and monitor background agents.

I'll stay vague about the actual implementation details for now, I'd love to hear your feedback about this idea. Thank you!
