In addition to that, i also briefly saw an error with gpt-5.2....parrot.... - i guess they tried switching out the real model behind the scene and something there went sideways
gpt-5.2-premium-parrot-1p-codexswic-ev3 is what I saw on one of my systems. Colleagues seeing the same thing. We are in UK in case that makes a difference

I am experiencing the same issue. It was working normally until around 11:00, but since about 5 minutes ago, "unexpected status 404 Not Found: Model not found gpt-5.4" has been occurring, and it keeps failing after repeated retry attempts.
