When Codex CLI is opened in a small or narrow terminal window on Windows, the status line does not render properly.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Open a terminal on Windows.
- Resize the terminal so it is relatively narrow or small.
- Start Codex CLI in that terminal.
- Observe the status line at the bottom or top of the interface.
- Compare the rendering with a wider terminal window.
What is the expected behavior?
The status line should remain readable and render correctly even in a smaller terminal window.
