VSCode sidebar for Codex shows edited code diffs in equally sized windows. But in some of these, the code seems hidden in a much smaller window within that.

See screenshot, two windows with code and scrollbar at the bottom in the final pixels, and one window following that with correct placement of text within the container.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Chat with Codex about code changes that involve multiple files. On completion of changes, file diffs are displayed, some with full code, some without.

What is the expected behavior?

All code windows for diffs should show relevant code.

Additional information

No evident pattern yet. It's not the number of lines in the file.
