What issue are you seeing?

My weekly limits were supposed to be reset at
Weekly limit: [░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░] 0% left (resets 03:47 on 19 Mar)

It did reset, however now every time I check /status the reset date seem to be sliding. First it was
Weekly limit: [████████████████████] 100% left (resets 09:03 on 26 Mar)
(why it changed from 03:47 to 09:03?)

at 9:07 it was showinf 09:07 on 26th.

Now at 09:28 it shows
Weekly limit: [████████████████████] 100% left (resets 09:28 on 26 Mar)

Would you mind explaining what is going on?
