What issue are you seeing?

Usage seems to be declining faster than normal.

Usage in Codex Usage says Other instead of the actual CLI.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Unclear. I upgraded to v0.115.0?

What is the expected behavior?

Clear usage as the CLI. Clear metrics on how the plan Codex usage is offered.

I really do not like that no facts or figures are presented in usage other than a % because OpenAI can freely change the usage burn rate so that it moves faster with no clear guidance on how much you're using. I don't know the difference between one day's usage and another. Those bars may as well be initialized to randomized values because they don't project any meaningful information on burn rate.
