What terminal emulator and version are you using (if applicable)?

Build in terminal on Ubuntu 22

What issue are you seeing?

• I can’t inspect the workspace inside the sandbox because the shell wrapper is failing before the command runs. I’m requesting an unrestricted shell for repository inspection and local
verification so I can patch the image loading path directly.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Happens on every single request after I updated codex to the new version which is OpenAI Codex (v0.116.0)
