Subagent UI does not show up updates for agent's work in Codex App

What issue are you seeing?

I see a regression issue — in Codex App now after orchestrator send updates to the subagent more than once, in subagent thread (when we click on subagent and it opens chat with subagent) we can't see new updates though subagent is working right now (i see how it updates files, etc)

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Uploaded thread: 019d0ad0-d8dd-7c33-a532-31a4eab2517c

1. Ask orch to delegate task 1 to subagent
2. Wait unti it's done
3. Send next task to the same subagent

Now we can't see next updates in subagent thread

What is the expected behavior?
