Mysterious Exec usage eats entire 5h and weekly budget in 30 minutes upon reset

I'm not sure if this is a platform issue or a cli/codex app issue.
The last two days suddenly my usage is eaten up in 60 minutes or less. It shows the usage as Exec. No further observability is available in the platform that I am aware of.

Other notable issue. My weekly usage was over 57% remaining last night, there was a single 5 hour reset since then and that single 5 hour reset somehow took the entirety of my remaining weekly usage.

Something fishy happening here.
