codex is using random other tools to do file system manipulations like gh cli and chrome (it did an ls by opening the local folder in chrome)

codex is using chrome devtools and github mcp/cli to get files that are in the repo, we're in the repo and on the branch, why would it use the chrome mcp to do an ls in the repo ?idk
