What steps can reproduce the bug?

After installing the Codex app and restarting the computer, the issue can be reproduced when logging in again. I have reproduced this problem on two Windows machines.

What is the expected behavior?

I hope to avoid this page and use the Codex app normally.

I saw someone raise this issue at https://linux.do/t/topic/1777045, but following their steps didn't resolve the problem for me.
