[Bug] Cross Sessions Popup

What platform is your computer?

macOS 26.3.1

What issue are you seeing?

The popup of chat is quite buggy:

• The resizing doesn't snap in the screen boarders and interact with other windows.
• Now, the session sync in real time with VSCode extension, but sometimes it will stop updating (only show "thinking..." although the task can be actually finished secretly).
• It might also disconnect with the client (unable to send chat) and require restart of Codex app.
