After the last update the Codex App is barely usable with Playwright MCP. It asks permission on everything even if I turned off every possible option in UI:

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Use the official Playwright CLI and try to do anything, particular on the production server.

What is the expected behavior?

When you skip permissions -> you skip permissions. It may be additional option for Playwright (I would like to see a list of trusted domains including localhost) but I should have been able to run my pipeline autonomously.
