What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

What subscription do you have?

What platform is your computer?
Darwin 25.3.0 arm64 arm
What issue are you seeing?
after waiting 1-2 hours ( no work ) codex having issues connecting again. when you send the prompt , the arrow sign turns to a rotating symbol and can't connect without closing vscode and start again. After starting it starts with an empty context.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
just wait 1-2 hours after completing your task.
