Weekly Limit burning at lighning speed as soon as it renewed

What issue are you seeing?

Using codex in vscode, my weekly rate limit renewed and, despite reducing the processing speed, I'm burning my rate limit MUCH faster on the same repo, with roughly the same agents, on the same kinds of tasks. It started happening as soon as the new weekly limits kicked in. My UI also shows a plug to upgrade to pro, which is the account type I already have. It appears my account may have fallen in a bad state, and burning the limit like a plus subscription. I'm down to 75% of my week within a few hours of usage. Please address this issue and refill my weekly limit

What steps can reproduce the bug?

New week kicked in, the bug started happening right away from simply using the product

What is the expected behavior?

Rate limit usage much, much slower
