I see the follow screen when i try to view "Plugins"

What steps can reproduce the bug?
Just go to "Apps" and the bugs appear.
I update from Microsoft Store the Codex App.

Currently, we rely on Git to fetch the list of plugins, so if Git isn’t set up locally, the pull may fail. We’re working on a fix to remove this dependency.
