When using the _VS Code Plus_ theme in dark mode, the skill chip uses a suboptimal color which makes it really hard to see.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Switch to VS Code Plus
- Set app to use dark mode
- Call a skill
- Check chip color in the chat
