codex cli hang after giving the input and then click ENTER

After I input the prompt and then click ENTER, there is not any response until 5s ~ 30s. It happens very often but not always.

What is the expected behavior?

The screen need show something different after I ENTER. The cursor shall go to the next line.

I never meet with the issue in the older version.
