Wrong icon for Jetbrains IDEs

What issue are you seeing?

Codex finds my Jetbrains IDEs but displays a generic icon:

I believe that's because they were installed using the JetBrains Toolbox. It creates scripts in %LOCALAPPDATA%\JetBrains\Toolbox\scripts and adds them to PATH. Codex might be picking those, instead of for instance the startup menu shortcuts.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

• Install IntelliJ or Rider using the Jetbrains Toolbox
• Open Codex and check the list of IDEs

What is the expected behavior?

IntelliJ and Rider should have the proper icon.
