Crashing Codex when resuming the same thread
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Write "hi", then 2) /resume, and 3) click enter as that entry should be the "hi" thread.
Or now 1) /resume, and 2) click enter as that entry should be the "hi" thread, then 3) /resume, and 4) click enter as that entry should be the "hi" thread.
What is the expected behavior?
No crash.
