Not scrolling in VS Code integrated terminal

VSCode - Powershell, CMD.

What issue are you seeing?

This irritating issues is there from long time, i wasn't reporting in the hope that you guys will fix it soon, but it's not fixed for months.

in vs code, in powershell i used to open codex and operate side by side, some 2 months back one of your update broke it and it's not scrolling, since then everyday i have to open powershell or cmd separatetly and run codex cli, such a frustration bcs i have to navigate to disk partitiona and then project folder everytime.

such a frustrating issue is there from long time.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

• enter D: (for project's disk location)
• copy project path
• cd project path
• run codex cli,
