Settings popup missing "Settings" and "Language" sections on macOS

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

Version 26.325.31654 (1272)

What subscription do you have?

Personal account (Plus)

What platform is your computer?

Darwin 25.1.0 arm64 arm

What issue are you seeing?

The Settings popup is incomplete and missing important sections.

When opening Settings, the popup appears but the following sections are not visible:

  • "Settings"
  • "Language"

This makes the Settings UI partially unusable.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

  1. Open Codex app
  2. Open Settings (via Command Palette or macOS menu bar)
  3. Observe the Settings popup

The popup appears but is missing "Settings" and "Language" sections.

What is the expected behavior?

The Settings panel should display all sections, including "Settings" and "Language".

Additional information

  • Issue reproducible 100%
  • Settings can be opened, but content is partially missing
  • No error message is shown
  • App logs show normal startup and successful config/read calls
