Allow a Codex thread to identify its own codex:// deeplink URL/UDID identifier

What feature would you like to see?

I would find it very helpful for a Codex thread to know its own codex:// deep link URL, or at least its UDID, so that it can attach this to commits that it makes. This would allow me to refer back to the thread that was responsible for making a commit in the future, if I wanted to seek out any context around it or request any modifications.
