My case does not clearly match #14583 unless proxy/VPN is involved, and it also does not clearly match #14587 unless there was a preceding remote compact task timeout.

In my case, on codex-cli 0.117.0 on Linux 6.19.9-200.fc43.x86_64, the session showed only:

This happened right after updating Codex and restarting it.

I did not intentionally run /review, and I did not capture a preceding stream disconnected or remote compact task message before the interruption.

If needed, I can provide more environment details, the exact commands used during reproduction, and try to capture the precise error that appears immediately before the interruption on the next reproduction. That may help make triage and a fix for #16241 more consistent and also help other users with similar symptoms.

Isso aconteceu logo após atualizar o Codex e reiniciá-lo.

Eu não executei /review intencionalmente, e não capturei antes da interrupção nenhuma mensagem de stream disconnected nem de remote compact task.

Se necessário, posso fornecer mais detalhes do ambiente, os comandos exatos usados durante a reprodução e tentar capturar o erro preciso que aparece imediatamente antes da interrupção na próxima reprodução. Thanks for the bug report, but there's not enough information here to diagnose the issue. I suspect it was a rollout corruption issue, but I can't say for sure.

I'm going to close the issue. If you see a similar issue again, please file a new bug report.
