A .codex file is always being created when starting a new thread in Codex Extension

What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Open Codex IDE Extension in VS Code
- Send a prompt
What is the expected behavior?
This file seems to useless since it is always empty and only being created during threads created through the IDE extension. So, the expected behavior is to not create this file every time a thread is started through IDE Extension.
Additional information
- I use both CLI and IDE Extension, and it is happening only when using IDE Extension.
- The given version was taken in the store (Version - 26.325.31654; Last Updated - 53 minutes ago)
