Editable plugin installation

What variant of Codex are you using?

CLI

What feature would you like to see?

Currently, plugin installations hard copy the contents of the plugin into the plugins/cache directory.

It would be incredibly useful to be able to install plugins in an "editable" mode so that, during development, we can changes to the underlying skills, MCP configurations, etc. of a plugin and test them by just reopening the TUI.

So, for example, have a plugin exist at some directory /home/foo/my_plugin, "install it", make changes to it in my git-linked directory, and have those changes automatically reflect in Codex.
