In the CLI, typing /apps fails to display slash command popup completions, (despite remaining invocable when pressing Enter directly), as shown below

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Open Codex, type /apps, observe no items in the popup menu for completion.

What is the expected behavior?

Should see /apps in the popup menu for completion.
