`/apps` slash command disappeared after `v0.117.0` CLI

In the CLI, typing /apps fails to display slash command popup completions, (despite remaining invocable when pressing Enter directly), as shown below

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Open Codex, type /apps, observe no items in the popup menu for completion.

What is the expected behavior?

Should see /apps in the popup menu for completion.

Thanks for reporting. This was an intentional change. We will be replacing this functionality soon with a new slash command that provides better management of plugins.

Right now the /plugins behavior is inconsistent with the /apps command. Say I disable the github plugin from openai-curated. Only the skills from the github plugn will be disabled, but the github app won’t.

Beside, the user should also be able to activate skills / apps individually. Say using the skills from the plugin, but don’t want to use the app from the plugin should be doable.

There are far fewer "plugins" available compared to apps
