Tab Plugins do not show in siderbar Codex app
I have updated to the latest version.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
Upgrade lasted version
reset app codex, As soon as you open it, the Plugins tab will appear for about 1 second, then it will go back to the Skills tab.
What is the expected behavior?
