Sorting of sessions under Threads changes to "Last Created" rather than "Last responded" when app is restarted

What issue are you seeing?

After updating to the latest version, when app is restarted, the sessions are reordered by "Last Created" date than "Last Responded". Once opening the session, it is correctly ordered.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Open Codex. Find a thread, and send prompt to session that is not ordered first. Once doing so, it automatically is re-ordered first correctly. Restart app. That session is not at first anymore. Then once opening the session, it is correctly ordered.

What is the expected behavior?

Sorting is persisted correctly between restarts, and ordered by "Last Responded"

This was working as expected last week and has started since updating to the latest version.
